Internal Audit Manager — Real Estate Company

For our client, a leading developer on the real estate market, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic Internal Audit Manager.

Our client is a major player in the real estate development sector across Central and Eastern Europe.

Your Role:

  • Lead and conduct internal audits across various departments and countries, primarily in the CEE region.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Develop and implement effective audit strategies and plans.

 

You Profile:

  • Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a multicultural, cross-border environment.
  • Expertise in change management, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics 365 upgrades and GRC systems.
  • Solid understanding of internal controls, auditing practices, risk assessment, COSO framework, and accounting principles.
  • Previous experience or knowledge of the real estate sector is a strong advantage.

 

Requirements:

  • Experience: 8 years, ideally in the real estate business..
  • Languages: Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Travel: Willingness to travel frequently across Western and Central Europe (approx. 30%).
