For our client, a leading developer on the real estate market, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic Internal Audit Manager.

Your Role:
- Lead and conduct internal audits across various departments and countries, primarily in the CEE region.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Develop and implement effective audit strategies and plans.
You Profile:
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a multicultural, cross-border environment.
- Expertise in change management, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics 365 upgrades and GRC systems.
- Solid understanding of internal controls, auditing practices, risk assessment, COSO framework, and accounting principles.
- Previous experience or knowledge of the real estate sector is a strong advantage.
Requirements:
- Experience: 8 years, ideally in the real estate business..
- Languages: Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Travel: Willingness to travel frequently across Western and Central Europe (approx. 30%).
